Monotonous..

Pros
Work pressure isn't that much when compared with other companies. Most of the times the leaves are sanctioned by the managers.
Cons
1. Salary is pathetic 2. Too much of politics when it comes to promotion 3. The company brags about transparency, but fails to walk the talk most of the times 4. Most importantly the senior management are kept in dark by the mid management. I won't be surprised if someone tells me that they don't the basic reason that why the porcesses go back to the client and why WNS fails to deliver what they asked for. One of the main reason for WNS's failure is that in order to hire cheap labour they get ready to compromise with the quality..and that is the main reason why many esteemed clients are left dissatisfied with the quality of service and never come back to WNS. Secondly, in my tenure of 13 years in the company I have seen the CEO only ones on our work floor and that too for a short span of time and most surprisingly people failed to recognize him when he entered the floor. 5. The mid managent is expert in keeping it's staff members and their supervisors in dark and MOST importantly they do not know the ABC's of the process. And they are the ones who are assigned to take one on ones during appraisals..so, you can imagine on what basis they are going to decide your ratings etc. 6. Managers don't easily allow and encourage their staff to opt for an ijp as per their liking..when the opportunity comes they expect the candidate to have a discussion with them and during that discussion it becomes their motto to demoralise the candidate. 7. STRANGE POLICY OF WNS - During internal job postings the candidates who are appearing for that post are supposed to be aware about the process. On the other hand there is an information security policy in place which says that the information of one process must not shared with the people of other processes and must be protected at all costs. So, when the candidate who is appearing for that ijp wants to learn something the data is not made accessible. Moreover, the questions asked are made very specific as per the process

I am working for amazon india process, where i am supposed to work for dual profile, calls and email simultaneously as per business requirement (Not informed during interview by HR). Only good thing about job is i am getting 5 days working.

Pros
* flexible shift timings * Option to swap shifts and leaves * Reward points for performance which can be redeemed with many options like bookymyshow, bigbazar, croma, lifestyle, amazon etc * Free transport facility but sometimes have an issue with vehicle unavailability * Manageble targets but you have to give best everyday
Cons
They make employees work on dual skills which is not mentioned on offer letter. And if they have said about fixed variable's than it should not be deducted for any xyz reason. Notice period is for 60 days for a normal associate, and if you don't serve notice period than have to pay money. But if the process gets shutdown than you need to manage and will not get the advance 1 month salary. So pls notice these important points before joining * Your job is never stable in wns * Notice period is for 60 days which is not justified for an employee like me * If the process gets shutdown you won't be paid in advance , plus you still have to work for 60 days to inculcate the loss of business * If you want to search a new job than you have the last few weeks which is not guaranteed that you will get the job really. Because no company will wait for you for 60 days And the most important thing, if you do not serve the complete 60 days than tou won't get the relieving letter, not enough??? You have to pay the compensation of the default days.

I Was a back office agent in expedia travel process for 2 months airoli navi mumbai location.

Pros
Pathetic Process !! i was selected for expedia travel process as an back office agent @ airoli, navi mumbai location. i had a disaster working experience with them bcoz of the worst trainer provided in training. She was rude, arrogant & biased with me only in the entire batch she used to treat me like a toy her duty is to share & teach process knowledge but she used to focus only the sily mistakes which i do like break exceed, late coming, etc if u r coming by company transport nobody will tell uby u r late but she used to tell me . i must say the trainer which i had was verry bad thats y i was not happy in that process so unfortunently i had to leave & resign bcoz of non getting process knowledge & i must say the process is too touf & complicated to handle. the only good thing is their salary package rest the quality of training is too bad. My trainer has made me cry alott thats why i left i was not able to manage her mental torture which was purposely she was doing & taking out her arrongance. Horrible working in rotational day shifts for 2 months.
Cons
Poor Transport, Worst Trainers, Poor Cafeteria, Poor Rotational Shifts, Worst Management, Worst HR

I wish and pray that WNS will grow more and raise great people to be a blessing to the company and to the world. Remain Blessed. Hazel
Cons
there is nothing to dislike as every challenge has made me strong an overcomer and achiver and i have become a leader who can lead people and counsel them to be positive independent of circumstances as all challenges are for promotion . The bigger the test the greater the testimony.

When i joined WNS it was little bit easier to work there, but as year gone competition of WNS increased with other companies. So now it not very easy environment

Pros
You cannot judge WNS with only one process. They have numerous process and where pressure is more they pay you good and vice versa. WNS uses to organised may fun activity to have work balance which stop now. Now it only just place of work means you just go their work and get paid and then return home. Yes if there is pressure then you team leader will be very rude. There is inhuman pressure means in example a person can handle 2 chat with its customers but they force to handle 3 chat , yes 3 chat that chat process is insane and they have also set quality upon that. Handling 3 customers on chat and with thought you will not have any quality issues, if you have than will not receive incentives. Best of luck for WNS. IMPORTANT NOTE: WNS is just a company don't think company is your home and people there are you family.
Cons
It's not bad but just like other profit making company , thinks of only profit.

Handle complaints and customers account related queries through chat an respond to customers through email for the follow up or complaint closure

Pros
Work environment is good .
Cons
Training was good , got selected for chat/email..then got switched to technical email process in Feb 2018,. Then got switched to business email in July 2018 with few other advisors, than in mid training gt informed dat no further requirements for business email n was convinced for chat process in account n billing and then another TQ process followed fr which annual increment was affected with no hike..was patient enough though n started eating incentives henceforth it was announced dat would be on three chats n again performance was affected as billing needs time n investigation to customers account..did not prove to be a good experience and looking for switch over to another firm to maintain stability and come out of financial crunch..

The work was monotonous with limited exposure to other locations.

Pros
Excellent brand name to work with, very impressive infrastructure. Very good Statutory compliance's and quality controls in place.
Cons
Heavily biased Local Leadership, incompetent HR Head, who is erratic in his approach, egoistic and biased, allows factionalism to prosper, both in the Leadership team as well as at employee level. CEO never visited location since Local Leadership (Centre Head & HR Head) convinced that, due to employee issues, its not advisable to travel to Nashik. They both are running the Centre the way they wish & want to. Anyone opposing their thought & work ethics is targeted & pressurised in such a way (biased feedbacks given to Reporting Managers, delay in promotions & low incentives & increments, creating an environment wherein you will feel suffocated, because no one would listen to your thoughts & sufferings. Would always believe what is being told by Centre Head & HR Head).

Pros
Job security, work life balance is good as there is not much work in almost all the accounts which i observed.
Cons
They will interview in latest tech and then will say to work in excel. Leadership and management role in analytics is given to BPO people who are here from last 10-25 years who don't have analytics or IT knowledge and they will say to do Machine learning in Business object. HR policies are not good, Facilities is worst in providing proper transportation and good food, many have complained about food poisoning and then too no action on vendors and they charge too high price for less quantity and quality food. Variable payout process is also bad, please confirm this before joining. Basically this is a company with BPO mentality in Analytics and IT as well.

I worked as WFM in DPS health care process. I use to allocate the given health documents by client to each and every agent and deliver to client again as soon as the documents completed

Pros
Good company for fresers with less payscale...there will be no garenteed growth or opportunities...but work will be very excellent. Can learn more about health insurance. If the management changes in WNS then this organization will be very excellent to work. No other organization can beat WNS.
Cons

The work is quite interesting initially then it becomes a little boring since at points you can't handle too many irrated customers at the same time, also my process was last-minute it was pretty cool.

Pros
WNS. Global pvt. Ltd, provides you the growth opportunity and good package, also they are quite flexible with their breaks. Interesting process.
Cons
- too much of work pressure, since the work force is less. - you have to line up your name for breaks atleast 2-3 hrs before. - notice period serving is 1.5 months.
