Expected to do othr trainers work as they were busy bootlicking the managers, ended up doing 12hr shift with no OT as "u are a trainer, Ur supposed to do this" line trainers have same salary as a cust service advisor, aftr completing 18mths u get promoted

Appraisal scores of successfully achieved will give you rs50- 500 increment in salary, only boot lickers get promotion, discrimination on basis of caste and religion, although they show they give equal opportunity to everyone but that's just an eye wash, HR is useless and hand in glove with the management, will throw ppl out for lame excuses, no wonder their attrition rate is one of the highest among BPO, if you are sincere and hardworking they will target you, top management/directors have favourite girls at advisor level who have no talent/experience but are suddenly promoted without IJP leaving deserving ppl with no growth, this happens across all processes, most ppl I worked with had integrity issues, they used to show inflated bills and expenses and would claim money, would borrow money from advisors and never returned, advisors would fear retaliation so they never complained, no amount of whistle blowing helped,nasty environment

Since the biggest competitor here is my junior who got feather from my senior manager and played well politics, That not forced me to quit my job but also make mind unstable. Frankly advice dnt trust anybody if you want safe then trust yourself.

Pros
Job security is ok depending on the boss you have overall learning experience is ok. Yes huge politics is there you can survive either you have same capability or the kind of work experience on which you can impress your superior. Work environment is ok types you can't expect you will get a huge increment and all. Overall HR support is good they recognize your work well.
Cons
Company brand is good but somewhere management. Rest depending on the leader you have. If you believe in brand then its awesome but if you think of growth then rethink.

My experience with Teleperformance has been amazing as I met such an amazing bunch of people there which will I cherish life long. Also the training provided was amazing and really helped us alot in excelling in our respective field. Further, if I'll talk about the politics well every company shares the same story but if you are strong enough to fight for it. Go for it! Well, this is the company who taught me alot about work, politics and people. So, it's a great a company to work with.
Cons
The part I strongly dislike is manipulative nature of the senior authorities and the salary increment given after a promotion. Additionally, a company should engage more into outdoor activities for the team which will help in building bonds among the people.

Excited when working with yahoo process and learned alot while worked as agent but never get a chance to get promoted after fill more 17 ijps bcoz they never taken any interview and hired others from outside

It is good if you are working with big process or the as a pilot batch of tp because you will get more chances to get promoted but if you are working with small or client based work process and not the pilot batch then that will become more difficult to grow that's the fact which is exactly the true so very few examples you can check frequently if want grow in vertical movement and no surety about process ramp down bcoz your choice of selection doesn't matter but yes salary hike will get after 1 year and that is also not fix how much the other person getting with the same profile for which you are hired for. Here hr are very much targeted and don't think about experts because they themselves getting very less salary so hire anyone with not deserving salary.

Everything is OK but still no job security until you don't have good approach with hire level.

Nothing is appreciable. No job security if you become a bad apple in the eye of your manager. They will not allow your leave, will give worst shift timing and no scope for promotion(IJP) even if you are top 5 performer. Also they will give incentive to other employees and if you approach them that you should have received it they will give wrong logics.
Cons
Spend 12 to 14 hours of your daily life at office for low salary. No off at any indian festival or even international festival even if you have PL. They will say outstation guys need off and not even give off to those as well.

They find ways to depress their employees. There is lot of politics. The people who do not work enjoy their and the people who work gets more work and if they do any mistake they are treated as they are getting salary for free. If you are good at your work they will change your task to lower your stack ranking. Never go in teleperformance your carrier will be spoiled ,They show the salary 20,000 and will give 14000. there is no holidays , even on 26 jan ,15th august ,diwali , holi I was wroking in office.

It is always very good orgiastion to work. My teammates as well my Team leader are always supportive and friendly. Training days are the most important as we learn so many things about the process knowledge and so many things we have to learn that makes our personality, communication and also teach us how to interact with the people in professional life. Job security it's depend upon our work judgement. If you are realy honest about your work then it is place for you to work. As I think the career growth opportunity is more in teleprformance than other working places. Salary is also also good as compare to other companies at starting of the job. Also there is bonanza for every festival and national holiday. Also if you wish do extra work then you will get the benefit of that also. Travel facility also there. Work environment of teleprformance is very friendly and Frank. Also I m glad to share that this people also respect the women's and also we have the opportunity to grow with so many opportunities.

I was working with Teleperformance in AT&T Uverse Blue as a customer care executive.My job role was to ensure that the customer is highly satisfied with the services we are offering them and also meeting the critera, quality assurance parameters.

Pros
I have been really lucky to have worked with Teleperformance contact centre, Gurgaon...it's the best workplace for every individual who wants to enhance his/her knowledge and skills and career growth...I still feel proud to be a teleperformer...Thank you Teleperformance for helping me in sharpening my skills!.. As per my opinion,There are no negative things about working at Teleperformance..it's a wonderful workplace with one of the most elite processes in the entire corporate sector..hence I strongly recommend both freshers and experienced people that if they want to enhance their career growth, Teleperformance is the right workplace for all the opportunities.

There is nothing in the company, the management has been making in such a way people will abscond each and every day. The management has to learn a lot people management, Their culture and behaviour is like bus conductors, They don’t even know how to carry on a pilot project, no transition knowledge and again they are hiring toy employees, it seems they have been committed to bring the company in to road and run away from India. There is no negative rating or else I would like to give negative ? rating for Teleperformance. I suggest to the people who are only in problem for getting job can attend please don’t attend others.
