I have going so much problem during at dealership..but I was doing best on my work.solving customer issues..per day per month give the best from my side to dealership as a sales also to do discipline..

I was working in Maruti Suzuki dealership..give me best training as a total product knowledge and self development courses as well as give me best additional hospitality treatment as on training period..also I was earn best incentive scheme's every month..I was gain lot of knowledge about automobile industries from Maruti..thanks

I was working in Maruti Suzukidealership..there is something management issues create every time but I am not complaining any time at maruti.i was taken very big pressure every day and solve it any issues.some reasons I was left the job like-no sallary increment and not give promotion any time from 5 years..but overall Maruti Suzuki is got good dealership experience.i was achieved emerging star,sales expert competition batch for me and also for my dealership..but they ignored me and also management not give me treatment as respectful person..there are also some politics to make a good high selling sales executive and also given to increment and also promotions..I was very big frustrated that period then I was left the job..but that time management not thought and tell me about increment and promotions...I feel so sad.because,I was give 5 years to give my total best as a selling and also to punctual also without any customer complaints with all parramiter...it's ok I don't need to talk extra issue..but i can prove myself if give me chance again with promotions and best scale.but another Maruti Suzuki dealership...yes,,I willl...thanks.

I love this job because there you can income more money. But i personally feel that i am little lazy.

Pros
Its nice to worked there, they always focus on improved there employes product knowledge and developed there skills. But if you want to join as a sales executive then you have to do smart and little hard work in your starting times (2months) to gain product knowledge and developed your sales skill , there senior will helped you. If can do smart work and little hard work then that is the right place for you , you don't need to very for your job security. Good career opposition because in my dealer there all managers ,Sm ,asm ,tls are started there Carrier as a sales executive. You may be don't get a huge salary at your starting time but they will give you huge incentives like car incentives, accessories incentives, bank loan incentives, ect. You will face politics in all companys. I have learned much more from Maruti Suzuki. always you learned something new like new car fetchers, bank loan process, new Custromer behavior, etc. Work environment is so good you will feel active always. Life time job for now a days.

The work pressure is high. Little politics is there

Pros
1) When it comes to Job security, nothing beats Maruti Suzuki. 2) Management thinks and works for the employees learning skills. Company provides lot of training activities for their skill development. 3) MSIL management is very focused. This helps us while dealing and negotiating with vendors. 4) Compensation and yearly bonus is too good. 5) Direct approach to senior management. Though it is expected to follow hirerchy. 6) One of the best place to work for female employees in manufacturing sector. 7) Medical facility is Good. 8) Seniors are very helpful. Again it depends on how your boss is. 9) 5 days a week for non production department. 6 days a week for production and related department.
Cons
1) Work pressure is very high especially in Production and Quality departments. 2) Work life balance is good in specific area. 3) Management expectations is very high. May be because the MSIL is leader in passenger car segment in India. 4) There is very limited job role change over. 5) Working hours are too high.

Daily Basis learning condition in working .different complaint learning with training books .And greatest for best opportunity helping in any complaints rectify method & anyone training opportunity & handling customer & achieve target method dedicated learning in maruti suzuki company service engineers and factory .So. Not properly analysis purely service vehicles in city condition in customers pulses , Not properly fixing in purely achivement targets .So, dealers achivement in wrong method .So, difficult problem , Arraise in not proper status see that Maruti suzuki . and next problem condition in free service sales&service ratio method. This condition apply dealers very dangerous method following push in maruti suzuki , so, this way of correctly time customer satisfaction improve surely ,Best of luck maruti . Also. There Is no_ on job training within sudden period freshers. When Senior folks like me have to guide them step by step ,which is pain many times . another wrong company follow of not see that senior periodic promote . This approachmate problem need to solve some involvement in suzuki , good bye best my great apportunite work in maruti

i was working with company as sales coordinator and billing but i am quite upset for senior who was misbehaving me, my honesty was wasted there, i really love my company but some political senior managers is very bad and they Don't want any honest girl,i am feeling there is no cost for honesty, company broke my trust.i really want to do wirk with my company but now it's very tuff no one can do it because this is India and in India there is no cost for real people . i was working with distributors name is Beekay Distributors pvt ltd Haldwani Uttarakhand.

I have a 3 years of experience. I work in production division so all reviews are purely based on my experience in production division. First the good thing:- The promotions & Grades do not affect your salary to much so you have to least bother about being at top. Compensation is better among the industry but the raise is not in terms of percentage of last drawn salary its purely on your designation bracket. You have barely has to stay back. You can't access your mail from home so no work pressure at home. The Medical facility is best in private sector. The Number of leaves you get is also more than enough. & there are various HR scheme for employees which are really very best in industry. Now the cons:- There is always a unnecessary pressure of management. MSIL Still in mode of a government organization where post is everything. You are always being theartend regarding your grades. The whole department atmosphere is dependent on the department Head. No bus facility in General Shift

I use to love my job at NEXA, I was passionate about selling cars but now things have changed .

Pros
Teammates are really supportive all the time whenever required.You don’t just work here you keep on learning things everyday.
Cons
Company is good but dealership are not, each and every Relationship Manager doesn’t like there dealership at certain point because the way of selling which being practiced in dealerships are not professional.You don’t get any kind of motivation from your showroom manager or your Boss if your performance is down for any month. They are just running towards the numbers, In my induction training I was told that NEXA will always go for the quality not the quantity but in reality it’s completely different. Distribution of leads are not fare , deserving RMs hardly gets any leads from their seniors unless you are ready to share your incentives with them.Now talking about the incentives, structure is always good but with loads of NOMBS with it they”ll make sure that you don’t qualify for your incentives so that you cannot argue for your hard earned money later, no matters how many bookings or retails you have done for the month you will get your incentives only if you have sold the Ignis. If you are ready to compromise with these little spots then NEXA is good to work with.

Pros
Very good learning opportunities. Pay scale is best in segment (4 wheel automotive). Lot of employee benefits & additional perks which are over & above CTC, eg: health insurance for family & parents as well at no additional cost, Diwali gifts of worth >10k, profit sharing which is famous as "Alpha" (approx 3~4lac for manager level) etc. Block closure holidays of 1 week in both June & December. All leave (21PL,10SL,6CL) will be encashed & no leaves will be lapsed. (Very rare in any industries) Gurgaon R&D unit is at very good location & hence easy to commute to company.
Cons
Long working hours, strict timings. Gurgaon pollution also.

Overall working with maruti Suzuki is very proudly.but only one thing after apprentice and a good beehive and good skill for work I am very bad feel that compani has not call me to tw.and I think it's very bad bihive to me the compani.

Teammates , training, salary, learning ,work life,. Is very very good ..but only career growth and job security is very bad ..after apprentice company has not call me to tw.

I am doing my best here. I am finding lots of mistakes and replacing it , so that i can make myself as a good worker. And i will get better experience on that work.

Pros
Work Environment is good. Time flexibility and holidays are nice.
Cons
Its difficult to work for the new comers. After the retirement they only come and join for the work, they are not giving the chance for the youths.Total work management is on the average. I am not satisfied with the job here. Some Managers will not give the respect to the employees. Co-ordination is weak. Sometimes work pressure will be there. Some will not encourage the Employees work here.
