A learning hub , strong support of management , motivational and appreciation of good work done .
Cons
At the time of joining it was one of the best pay master which now it is not.

I have been worked for the last 2.5 year but there is no specialisation of work. Management force you to anything as per their requirment not according to your specialisation.

Pros
HR policies are good and annualy bonus.
Cons
Partiality for later entry people. Also bonus is not equal to every single employee. It is basically good for South people only.

Pros
Currenly working with LTEAFZE which is one of the wing of L&T electrical & Automation and which has gulf client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad especially UAE. Another good point, is my colleagues are from different cultures background and we work happily in collaboration.
Cons
The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work more than office hours and many times on weekends . Also there is no proper process for each activity to follow and even higher management plays many politics with subordinates at appraisals. There is no on job training for freshers and no induction for laterals. Everything has to learn with the help of Google and discussing with suppliers that too if they support properly.

L&T construction, too much of local politics. HR never interfers the top man decisio‌ns, though they clearly know that top down behavior of seniors are spoiling the junior level people. Strange. Stubborn Bossism, lobbying people gets more chances than result oriented people. The HR systems, training of employees, employee welfare schemes are excellent
Cons
Bossism. Top down management. Top men capabulities are not reviewed. Personal lobbying helps alot. Hence many people tempts to go through that environment....rather using the excellent channels generated through HR systems. Sometimes, it appears that systems have been used to threaten the people.

My work is little challenging as I am handling entire site under AMC and all the issues related to site. In service we should be very calm to client and give him the best service.

Pros
Its an good company in which we get many things to learn, develop our skills and the work style of Larsen & Toubro is good. I am feeling proud that I am a part of Larsen & Toubro Ltd Electical & Automation team. Here all the people of various cultures collaborate and work with great co-ordination.
Cons
The work pressure is very high as it is a Data Centre. Sometimes I have to work 12-14hrs straight in a day as I have to attend Client calls in the evening , sometimes late midnight. I do receive appreciations from my client, but they mostly got unnoticed during my appraisals.

My Job responsibility in L&T is sales & marketing of ESP Agriculture division for East & Central parts of U.P., whole Bihar & whole Uttarakhand. I are preparing activity calendar for my entire territory and executing the same with the help of my team.

Pros
The company is very sound and giving chance for learning and development. Job security is also there. But benefits and increments are lower than the average of industry.
Cons
Career growth and salary appraisal is the negative point of L&T. Due to large size of personnel, taking too much time to resolve the HR problems of the employees.

You will get salary on fixed date on every month. Company will not keep single penny of your hard earned money.
Cons
Worst company for work life balance. Appraisal depends on your relationship with project manager. Work environment is worst.

We're here working for oil and gas plant maintenance service CMMS for European customers. Here we give data output for our clients for their SAP-PM purpose. Also we do FMEA for their plants.

Pros
A good environment to learn new things and standards. Working for european customers makes me happy and improve my technical and non-technical skills.
Cons
Nothing to dislike anything here. I'm working here in contract, if organization gives every employee in permanent role it'll be better for everyone to be in safe zone.
