Initially it was exited and was having great scope of learning, but later on I found that I was doing the same job year after year...stagnation, no growth , no new challenges. On financial also, salary growth was bare minimum.

Pros
Job satisfaction and learning opportunities
Cons
Less growth opportunity, bureaucratic culture, office politics, individualistic approach rather than team work, rewards managers not leaders ... etc

Pros
Training Facilities are very good.Salary comes in time.
Cons
Very unorganised regarding site management.Though company have the scope of providing the needed assistance but management does work on jugaad method.Site manager normally convert the Facilities into his personal assets this is no more surprising. But the real issue is that the higher management is remained blind to this due to their layman method of running the systemm. Frequent I will say very frequent travel have to be performed. Though you have joined as service engineer you have to work like a daily wage labour and inspire of that you won't find the minimum facilities as daily labour like washing hands or drinking water facilities or even almost every time even though you work at site more than 12 or 14 hectic hours you have to wait for long hours for your company vehicle to go back from sites. As MIPD department mentioned deals with construction and mining site you work in dust and high temp where very small companies provide a/c vehicle but L&T provides KHATARA campers.no s

It is not tedious and heavier when it comes to work culture. Everyone in the office, management and job shops is friendly and helpful in nature. No matter how much you chill out or do extra work you must have to showcase your work to supervisors.

Pros
The company gives the real value to their interns. The company condiders seriously your project that you are working under any guide. The guides are so friendly and they suggest good ideas related to future scope and studies. Everuthing is so processed and they gives you transportation and hostel facilities at minimum wages.
Cons
They do not permit early leave. You are required to do a lot of official stuffs snd need sign from your guide or higher authority on your request application for leaving earlier even if you are facing serious health problems.

supervisory cadre

Pros
we worked there more than 10 years, For 10 years completion they given share of 1500 nos @10 per share. We thought that we can grow in future by selling this share but they cheated by depositting money in our account @ Rs 13 per share after passing 7 years issued Initial Value 1500 *10=15000/- after 7 years Value 1500*13=19500/- So share value increased and profit after 7 year only Rs 4500 for 1500 shares this the big cheating by this company. we left company one week before getting bonus and excretia for previous year credit but they cheated and not given even several times written mail and they will tell to contact mumbai office but there they will not respond. working hours daily 12 hours including sundays and holidays. if we frankly tell british rules they follows.
Cons
they are cheatting lower cadre

It was extremely unfulfilling work. You would be asked to do stuff which isn't commensurate with your education degree or pay grade. The worst part is, this comes after months of you sitting idle waiting for them to figure out what to do with you.

Pros
The Construction business seriously needs to figure out how they can manage millennials within the organisation. It's a dying business. It's almost impossible to recruit smart people who are interested in this business. The existing employees and culture don't help.
Cons
The culture is really bad. There is no professional learning. People are busy learning how to please the boss no matter how ridiculous the boss's suggestions. Unfortunately the HR and the Project Managers think of resources as warm bodies. Doesn't matter what you are skilled to do or are interested in. Everyone needs to go to the site and execute. They should really work on recruitment and allocation of resources.
