Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day-to-day yield operations. Pitching for my company as a marketer gets tiring and the task is slightly

Pros
Teammates is gud internal culture is good. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
Cons
Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times

Hectic

Pros
I think it is one of the best companies for freshers. It provides really good learning opportunities. I never got a chance to even experience bench in my over 5 years of experience.
Cons
In recent past there have been many changes in the company. Few are good and few are really bad. I think that is with every company. These changes have taken away the charm of L&T. So it is at par with other top 5 IT companies in India except employee's policies. It is really a big deal to get your work done on time when it comes to management part. They are slow to respond. This may be attributed to increased work pressure, I guess. There is low transparency in appraisal process. Job security was scaring this financial year. Work environment depends on the nature of project you are allocated to. So if you are really willing to improve yourself technically without much botheration about compensation and that too continuously then this might be a good choice otherwise definitely a big NO.

Pros
Working with LTTS is finest journey in life here you will learn project management and if you are introvert it will be difficult to handle in first phase but time being you will learn it. Moreover if I talk about working culture it depends on you how interestingly you see each project otherwise same as product base company. You have to dwelve in to information which is not cup of tea for everyone. If talking about politics then yes there is few cent but again it's only will teach you the realistic world. Work environment is fabulous also it depends on team to team and your lead. Work life balance is ok or average for those who strictly believes 9-5 a day.
Cons
Dislike is obviously salary and perk it is not that much also appreciation is below expectations always, tie a knot for that. Job security is pretty scary for some department or teams. Last but not the least HR or admin support in case of transfer or transportation is very less.

It was very challenging for me since I have started my career as a site executive engineer and gain experience from it, but know management give me an opportunity to take care of Sub-contractor billing of full project with full responsibilities.

Pros
L&T is one of those companies that care about staff very good. They provide benefits like accommodation, conveyance, medical care etc. They also care about staff's family. L&T gives various trainings to their staffs for their development as well their own too. The fellow workers/colleagues are so helpful and kind. Those who need helps, always get it. Working culture is very good in here. Company and staffs are never compromised with quality and safety in working place. Briefly it is a great company that every engineer will be pleased to work with so am I.
Cons
There is no doubt that Larsen & Toubro is a great workplace. But work pressure is too much to handle. There are difficulties to fulfil managements requirements in very short period and it affect the personnel life, and unable to maintain work-life balance. The growth is little slow, there is very little increment in every year.

The type of work L&T undertakes is very challenging and interesting. However, most of the projects are handled by non-skillful managers who most of the times have no idea how to execute the project properly leading to a mess at the end.

Pros
My reporting supervisor and project manager, both of them were highly qualified and very skilled people. They had a great bonding with all of their colleagues and guided us nicely for career development. They understood my skill level and gave me opportunities to test them and learn new skills that would help me towards my career goal.
Cons
Quality of work done is very poor. After working for 2 years with a western multinational, working in L&T was a real downgrade option. I felt that I wasted more time at work focusing on getting promotion through office politics rather than doing actual fruitful work. This was all due to bad HR policies and higher management`s idea of exploitation.

Now is boring, huge crisis for vendor payment

Pros
Only timely salary credited on account
Cons
L&T is now only brand name, No job security, any time you can terminate by a reason of performance, boss is not liked you, not obeyed 100 percent code of conduct, No value of your hard work you can survive in computer if mastery in boot polishing of management. No timing to come back at home, salary and increments are not as per your skill and there are so many hidden factor to reduce the salary. So much politics at work station to reduce your moral. No proper training and innovative culture

Here my work was to periodically check the qualities of all materials of concrete and to check all the fronts of site before casting of concrete according to the approved drawings and relevant IS-Codes.

Pros
Here working culture was Not bad but also not so good. But here one thing was very appreceable that they are using the latest Engineering Technology Methods which is rare to see normally and one thing is also good that is the compensation and allowances are paid timely.
Cons
The thing which dislike here are as follows: There is no learning. Work load are very high. There is no growth specially for diploma holders.

Generally saying that I have done about 6 project as head and company has provided all support to perform and company has appreciated by awarding with monetary cash rewards and appreciation certificates about safety productivity and quality

Pros
Company had supported with good staff, provided with facilities for training, performance based job security and growth, salary and appraisal system is good, training calendar related with all activities is given in HR calendar and prided to needy staff, balance work life not there being project life.
Cons
