Pros
The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
Cons
Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

I'm hard work there client happy with my work every month I'm give best performance but manager never appreciates me and my team really I'm impressed with one of the manager sushant ogle he is inspired me how to go good work he is my role model

I completely serve my notice period but thay said I'm not complete notice I have many time call to bhr but her not respond my call and every time she said I will rpl to mail but no one send me mail realy i can't send to any my frnd work with intelenet global service company give pl but manager not give pl and many time use abuse language I'm work in dec 2016 to june 2019 but every time inserting and use abuse language please don't send to any employee there

Horrible experience with Manager and Tl's.. Everything is planned before u join and they will target to remove you as they being biased.

HR cant take any decision to help their employees as HR is in control of Manager and they ask manager for decision and then take decision.. I was working for ENRICH process the manager she was biased and had zero knowledge for process she had a very good rapport with one of the TL they both plan and target people to remove from company without any reason . If TL dont come or dont work she dont even ask being manager however for us she used to question . Myself has applied for medical leaves and manager denied me by saying we cant give reason was they want me to leave the company as me being honest in work and client has appreciated me for my work which they were unable to accept . It was terrible year experience which i will always regret because i have wasted my year in this useless management .

I really enjoyed the work culture., work environment, time to time training regarding the product for the success of the particular process..resulting less escalation , good quality, and success of the product.
Cons
Everything is good and I learn lots of the thing work culture, work environment, work hard, smart work, respect senior But I really not like the yearly bonus you get. No salary growth.its like little little bit. Month end pressure work on Sunday . No week leaves.go No Diwali gift. They deduct transport rs.500 700 monthly

I worked with IGS 1year and 5month.. I have work load through IGS but I never be panic.. because however we worked an organisation we can utilise our experience for solve our pressure... I have never lost my pesence during my job...

I like to work with IGS.. There teammates were so good and enjoying my job.. But some personal problems arise Infront me therefore I leaved this organisation.. This organisation is the way of success and growth own career...In one I want to say there is all things are to good as like my trainer, team leader, manager and also my team members.... Thank you

The company is decent neither at low neither highs. Just wanted to share my experience. I let my manager know that I was willing to leave for higher studies. I left . And when I came back they never gave me my relieving. Though I informed him before. Whereas a female friend of mine was given relieving immediately. I lost my time and many job opportunities due to lack of experience. So not all supporting staff. But work was great and learned so many things

Training by my trainer khaleed was awesome. No dislikes apart from how company failed to help me. Though I was loyal honest and a top performer

Worst work life no future scope for this work we do, it's not knowledgeable, we can't learn anything from this job . Waste of time and no career growth. Worst shift timings 3pm to 12am and morning shift from 6pm to 3pm.

Everything including management, transportation facility which is worst because cab supervisors will tell us to book a cab and come to office , here the work is not systematic, work will be changing weekly or daily, no systematic work life, Payscale is very less, people who run their families with their salary can't survive in this job, No career growth and no future scope for this job. Worst shift timings morning 6am to 3pm and afternoon 3pm to12am and the employees who live far away like more than 35kms , it's just waste of time to join intelenet(teleperformance).This job is only for timepass.

Workd for 10 years in intelenet Global Services started my carrier in 2011 as CSAafter 1 year promoted to SME and then TL. In 2018 company was takeover by Teleperformance and 2019 i meet with an accident and taken 3 months to recover now m jobless..since 8 month.. But working with great people in my team My manager,OM very good support from my team and clients.

Pros
Liberty- work life balance is good. Growth- equal to zero/biased. Jon security- only upto the time u r needed. Training- just to get the job done. No one will ever tell u what is expected from you. Salary- Peanuts. Politics- In everything. Innovation- average. The best part of my tenure was i made the best of friends who were the reason i survived those couple of years and completed my post graduation simultaneously My advice- Join this organisation without keeping any expectation. Learn and move on- make way for other people to take your place. Work freely and behave asint you got nothing to loose- explore yourself- use freedom of speech. Dont get stuck as the place is freakishly additive. Get best of the experience and exit.
