In ICICI Bank culture is very good Hr is too good but the seniors in ICICI Bank are very dull and doing all compliance activities done by seniors. The seniors claim fake bills and diesel used in branches. The seniors take cash from petrol pumps. I am doing all proofs send to compliance team but no action has been taken. Mr Kuldeep Gupta and Mr Vivek gupta involves in all illegal activities. I am doing 150crores branch in tenure of 2years.No seniors supports me. But He says to his seniors he will doing all things. Work culture is very bad in jammu. Anyone who doing well in business they are terminated in this bank or ask to leave I am the one I am doing nothing but bank says you are ask to leave I am fighting for this but no response from seniors I mailed to Mam Chanda kochhar but no response. My branch is Reasi jammu. Today my branch is 7cr. I am doing branch zero to 150cr. Mr pravendra Shah compliance team I send all illegal activities and recordings to compliance team but no action has been taken. Tea fake bills done by Gandhi Nagar branch and channi branch. All previous employees who doing well in bank they are terminated or ask to leave. All Li business in this bank are fake he says to customer misselling business sales as a fd all renewals are pending espein Janipur branch. Mr amit Mahajan has doing fake li business in Janipur branch previously he was in samba branch today samba branch in jammu doing nothing. I am ready to join the bank. I am very happy about the culture of the bank. Especially HR are too good in ICICI Bank but compliance team doing nothing if bank says join me as a compliance team in jammu I stop all illegal activities in this bank. I am very interested in joining the compliance team in jammu and kashmir. I am interested to join the bank today if bank says to me to join the bank on the same package I am definitely join the bank. I am doing hardwork for this bank I claim no money from bank I am doing business from hilly areas.

Work environment and politics are very bad in this bank. My seniors take gifts from me and they will go to his seniors. Mr Kuldeep Gupta previous RH and vivek Gupta RH has doing nothing they take gifts from his colleagues. Mr vivek Gupta take gifts from Mr Nitin Bajaj channi himmat branch and Mr amit Mahajan and Sahil Gupta. Mr Nitin Bajaj has doing Mf business in his wife code. In my tenure I open Konkan Railway account, AFCONS INFRASTRUCTURE accounts IRCON railway account Pwd Govt account in Reasi and Katra branch and steel KONNECT and HMM account and HCc account. Today if I am there my branch is 500cr I signed the account of NHPc account of 300crores and railway road project in jammu of 200cr. I am interested to join the bank.i am doing all my hardwork for this bank but my seniors are jealous from me I am doing nothing. But I am very interested to join the bank.

I am a STAR performer. So i got an opertunity for STAR progrm & after completion it, i hav upgraded myself two grade above in one go. But, posting is very odd location in NE state. I am highly self motivated, so in this situasn also, i am enjoing my job.

Pros
To say about my experience here, some experience are good, as well as some bitter also. As I have started my career from base level in this organisation as a sales officer, i found, HR policy is very strong here, it takes care of its employees. Working culture is also good. As most of the employees are trained from IMA, They are well discipline and well skilled. In lower grade, employees get higher job role here. In terms of salary, icici bank pays very less salary to its lower grade employees.. In terms of posting, ICICI Bank doesn't consider its employees benefit regarding posting location. South indian may got posted in north india, north indian may got posted in north east india and so on. Even an exellent performer also may get posting in remote location. It also be possible here. Thus they face very challenging to survive there with very less inhand salary. There are no additional allowance for those lower grade employees who posted in north eastern states where communication is very bad and staying is also very costly. Although, this organisation is very good for learning. A number of leadership programme are here such as STAR Programme, YLP programme etc. A lots of knowledge gain opertunities are also available here which are very helpful for freshers as well as experience employees.
Cons
In lower grade, salary is as less as to survive. Outstation posting is also a grade surprising thing available here.

One of the most awful companies I have worked with.No respect for employees. Only if you are Senior pet, then only you will get recognition. No value for actual hardwork and not showbaazi. Even have no respect for employee's family. They will harass you like anything if they don't like you and will make you suffer until you yourself leave. Have seen many talented people leave the company because of the said reason. Have people in Senior level who have no knowledge of banking or finance. Just know Excel and do showbaazi and are HR pets and they are liked by all. No finance background in terms of experience or education but only know chatugiri and they are your favorite and people who have 13-14 years experience been harassed by company. Such a shame to let such a valuable asset of the company go because he was a thread to HR and department head. Now all the country knows what kind of hierarchy they enjoy by reading about Mrs Chanda Kochhar. All are thieves there and just stealing public money.
Cons
I disliked everything. They ruined my career and my life. Because of them, I suffered. They didn't had any rights to play with people career only because people don't do what they want you to do. Just let them go if you don't like a person. Why to make them suffer in and outside the company as well by giving false feedback without any base of truth to it.HR are the biggest liars I have ever seen in that company. I will never suggest anyone to go there. Not even to my enemy as well.Dont want any other person's career to be ruined like they did with me and one of my senior who had 13-14 year of banking experience.

Inspiring and good to work with ICICI Bank.

Pros
The company is good to giving a job to a freshers. I am glad to say that my teammates are really good to helped in all the situation. There is a job security in this bank and HR management is really good to help us in many problems to resolved it quitely and quickly. They are often good in learning the culture and products of a company. Thanks for all the support to my colleagues and my senior who help me to know their products easily and works with collaborations.
Cons
Compensations are not good or nor a growths and increments provided by the knowledge based processed. Work pressure are too high. Sales officer will does their best from their side. But seniors will never understand just like PB's, VB's, BM's, DBM's, SM's, BSM's. You all have a need to give them a priority to up not down. They all are doing a job likes you all do by your efforts. Give them a respect and priority to show their abilities to come over up to the top. And also need to keep supporting the new guy who have nothing a knowledge about anything realted to banking products. Please give the proper training and support to learn their products by which the results are occured as good as possible from them. Don't grew them to down.

Starting with teammates they are so supportive that they will never let you think about your enemies. Do I need to write about the seniors in ICICI Bank? Training it is the most important part in the ICICI Bank because there is huge difference between what your learn from there and what you see in the practical ground of ICICI Bank by working there. Job security is the main point of ICICI BANK because ICICI Bank doesn't follow the concept of pink slip but the people over their will make your life as terrible as possible that you yourself take pink slip(does not matter are you capable or not). Salary is good for beginner but the work you do there is like 4 to 5 times of what they pay. Travel.. The most important aspect you travel so much from one customer house to another that you cover whole city in a single day. And even for this your seniors help a lot they always encourage you to travel that whether it is 8 of night or 9 of night they say go out and give us business. Politics is not at all in ICICI Bank from HR to office boy they all are far away from politics.. You know what I mean. Talking about term like learning work environment and Innovation if you work here you will feel life what does this mean? Last but not least work life balance.. So when you have only work life then why we talk about balance important think does not matter whether you are a girl or boy you need to stay in the branch from 9am-10pm

I did not dislike anything about working at ICICI Bank. Because for that you need to like something so that you can differentiate between them.

ICICI Bank is one of the Best and No 01 in Pvt sector Bank. I feel very proud coz I was part of such organization where I learnt, educate, worked, motivate, experience,recognize and so many things realize. It's one of the fastest growing in banking industry with Digital approach in corporate sector with Highest no of ATMs. Customer Satisfaction level is also awesome. About Career growth the sky is the limit for those who gives ?% effort in smart and proper way.
Cons
As stated above, sky is the limit for people who gives smart effort and hard-working person. Growth path is very good. People's can decide for vertically growth this is the only organization. But only your Relationship with your immediate Reporting Manager Sr. Management matters for your appraisal and Growth which I observed and felt too. The reason to left this organization is only my tunning doesn't matches with my Reporting Manager so felt insecurities and spoiled my career in just 3 months before I knowing this Brand more in depth. I don't want to leave this organization but it can impact on my personal life too. If I will get the chance to *Rejoin* I feels awesome and Thanks to God for considering me. Because from this job only I can fullfil my all Dreams and comes true with my bright future for family.

As long as one work in private sector there is an obvious hectic ambience with targets. That's normal . But , what keep holds to is the working environment and that has been too demotivating for me & my colleagues. No work life balance as well

Job security stands in length with TCS (renowed for job security). Gross CTC offered is nice & at par but too many break-ups in actual. In hand salary could disappoint you. As of normal trend , a slight above than average performance would reward you with promotion(2.5-3 years) but the job profile given could be lower than previous despite of elevated grade & pay. Training is merely a formality.Eventually , you are on your own. Talking about the work environment , it completely resides on factors like location , boss and colleagues. It has been completely negative & demotivating for me while fairly good for my friends at other locations. Coming to work- life balance , that's just like a ghost thing in here , HR policy talks of it but no body sees it. Worst .

Standard HR policies , be it work timing or work life balance is just a ghost talk. Higher and frequent recruitments but negligible approach towards providing a proper set of training . A no.of break-ups in CTC package being offered which eventually concludes to less than expected net salary Promotions rewarded with elevated grade & pay but irrespective of job roles. One could be made to do tellar job over counters irrespective of his/her prior higher job role. Office politics at its best. But it's purely a chance matter as it varies with branches & locations as well.

There are some strict disciplined rules for certain things, most people are very hardworking and go out of the box to achieve something and the company supports.
Cons
Specially in operations group there are lot of blame game. Company provides induction training about dos and dont's in the bank but only few actually follow it and people do not train the newcomers properly and completely so that they keep struggling to learn the process fully. Followings are cons of joining ICICI: a) They interview for one role and give the posting in another role which is not fair at all b) Also the are biased towards CA's against management graduates, i believe when someone is promoted he should tested well but here they are getting free promotions which putting much effort. In fact i have seen many CA's who are just completing their time and going home and got promotion in 1st six month, c) Because of auto promotions by HR,sometimes hard working candidate could not get the chance due to bell-curve rules. e) There are lot of side-effects of automation here, someone has rightly said too much automation is harmful.

HR are careless and true and quality employees can't grow with there as they are hearing of only and only bosses Ground level employees are purely hunting by Business as well as HR side

Many good and quality employees left the Bank and still the same happening continue as HR punished only lower level employees in APPRAISAL, PROMOTION and SALARY INCREMENTAL. Policy of rehiring or retention of good employees are very very rigid. Due to many reasons hardworking employees not justifying properly by HR as well as Business Team. Culture are like Govt. type and where employees are heated by politics of Bosses and HR are like Andha Kanoon You comments and problems are ignored by Rigid HR. No one there to ready for hearing employees problems BOSSES ARE YOUR CAREER WRITER You have no freedom to share or escalate your problems. If you are done the same then you are directly punished by Bosses with blind and without investigation of HR support

Policy process and Compliance regularly break by upper level for Business and Claims Lower level employees are donkey for them If you are right and raised your voice then Bosses and HR are punished you in APPRAISAL PROMOTION and SALARY GANDHI JI k teen Bandar ki tarah raho to unhe acha lagata hai Bura dekho Bura kaho Bura suno
