2 days back i send a mail to ur company. Bt to be frank in that mail i should maintion about the prblm which i was faceing during this last few days with my personal problem.. I do not want to in future any other employee of your company will faceing the same kind of situation which i was faced. The candidate who get in to the job in this company had a dream on his or her mind. I got a huge help frm the company i will alwz thnkful abt that bt this is not a right way to behave with a employee...In presesnt time not only me i was happend with many of my colues..like forcefully asponding..and various kind of insulting behavior frm HR and my manager..it was preplanned. Even if i left job they did not give me my PF ESI and my experience certificate...I gave my 110% to the company.. I always loved my job bt the behavior and the environment of the workplace and few person and getting ruff day by day... They jst indirectly force me to left the job...bt i realy thankful to my team leader she is a good human being...i send this mail becz i work their for 7 months and as employee i shld get a certificate abt the experience.. Its my reqest pllzz response of my mail . i want a justification about all the situation which i was face... why me??

In our aegis all seniors are having good communication skills, and very talented and very helpful to me they are very supportive every time me on any moments but it's a very greatful moments which I am spending in aegis. However I have to informed you that for those agents which are currently working in aegis as a freshers which is a good opportunity to learn and improve our skills and developed accordingly our working experience and take the process knowledge as much as you can guys don't quit the job immediately until you not get position in our life. Even I respect my all senior including higher authority level like managers, trainers and my SME and team leaders Working environment also good but one thing I have to tell for all of you regarding Dont pressurize any executive because each and every agents have their own skilled and according to they are closing this incidents one day will become soon every junior executives will become senior in aegis itself that will become soon. It was a great experience for me and I am very luck to join this organization and I get good supporting from our team mates. If I talk about our training it is good but in training section please encouraged the new executives Don t irritate on any agents because all they are new so definitely they have doughts chances asked more questions. Job security is not sure in coorporate sector. Every executives get chances to growth and career in bpos field. Salary and appraisal it depends upon the competition policy and depend upon the management. Team leader getting plan after receiving evry agents salary date we have team outing planning along with others frnds. Facts thing to have to tell you I hate politics and learning environment is too good it's innovative place it depends upon us how you maintain a working life balance very smoothly or toughly. I have worked with Aegis for 1 year for (web chat)NIMF process.

Pros
Here the colleague are very helpful and supportive.
Cons
Aegis does not care about it's employee's. 1) The manager for the process NIMF use cheap language to the employee. 2) During interview they will committ salary slab of 18k and in offer letter they will mention 18k but will provide you 13.6k if you ask for the rest amount they just nail you that pf and all. 3) Here if you compair every employee salary there is a difference of RS.100 ,Rs.150 etc and if you ignore for that small amount then every month you need to suffer the deficit in salary. 4) Coming to skill they just need robots as they are not providing any training directly will pull you on the floor. 5)Aegies do not have respect even a 0.000001 percent because on the last day of your working they do not provide you a any place in the organization to cut the cake or for the celebration. 6)Aegis uses all the techniques of MNC but does not have its own canteen need to waste 15min of break to reach outside canteen and you enter late to your work place after the break they question you (why are you late?) 7)I worked for web chat process, but if the chat counts are very less then they force you to take the inbond calls. 8)useless HR working here they will not assist you with any of your concern, they will just make a show that they are working on it but the end result is ZERO. 9)The system on which I was working it was running like a snail and some time it is full of error does not proceed further i.e CRM and Kbolt so due to which unable to do the tagging then we to they are forcing to do the tagging as without completing the tagging process you cannot leave for the home... 10)They collect Rs.100 from every employee by the name of Charity before the Diwali festival and during diwali they provide the Biscute bowl of Rs.100 to ever employee as a gift. 11)so its my suggestion if you want to join Aegis kindly go through above mentioned all the drawback and if then too you joined this organization only spent 1year if you spent more time to get position then it's waste t

Teammates are good, totally depends on bonding with the colleague. Training was nice. Job security, totally depends on urself. If found guilty-ZTP. Dont know about career growth. Not satisfied with the salary, because the salary told to us was different than the salary they provide. No travel allowance for people who lives in gurgaon where the company is based. Every company has politics, can't comment on that. Fine work environment. Work life balance is ok too.
Cons
Mice in the cafeteria where food is served. Very unhygienic cafeteria and washrooms. Nothing is proper in the company. Management is not good at all. They samay portal is pathetic. There pc logsout automatically and hence no login time counted. Happened with me many a times.

It was a seller support where we solve the queries of sellers of flipkart, it was a hybrid process where we use to handle multiple queries related to orders, pickups, listings, payment.

Flipkart care touch process of aegis can be called as typical government office where executives are left with no support and training at any levels, and just blame for the mistakes. They do not have bio metric attendance and they mark attendance even for the people who are not present in office, and mark absent to those who work hard, they make female employees to work in night shifts which is not right They do not give leave even after informing them in advance and give it to those who don't inform IJP here is pre decided and they promote those who is already decided my management and they conduct interviews for just a formality I would recommend to the people not to join this process/company if you really want to grow in life

Work is exciting as there are variety of things to do and learn for example inbound , outbound , and console works.

Pros
Training period was of 20-22 days including OJT and certification. Tho trainers are not that much good to convey the idea. You'll have to pick the things by yourself. Teammates are very supportive and friendly. Interaction among teammates are very good. Job security is decent as management try their best to save from escalations and they are very supportive. Salary is OK OK for the freshers and but it's a good place to learn inbound / outbound and console works. TL gives the optimum chances to agents to learn and grasp things. Work-Life bamalcd is 3 out of 5, because they will always ask you to extend and it spoils the day-end plans. Only 1 rotational well-off does not give the body optimum rest which is much needed. Overall good to place to start over for the fresher's and can stay here for 1 year easily, but after that do switch the company.
Cons
Very very low night shift allowance, i.e., ?60/- per day. No dry pantry for employees. No cab facility.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
Cons
Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

I was working in a process of (Flipkart) (CVT)

Pros
This was a terrible company though I gave my 100% work with all my efforts like working on weekends, govt holidays and some night shifts we could not get any incentive or extra pay and not an appreciation too. And smells awkward is that HR directly says that there is no increment in salary no matter for more than 1 or 2 years, i was a disappointed because I worked here for 9months and there was family emergency and these people couldn't give me a leave and made me abscond, this is so selfish that they are job oriented people highly not recommended this.
