Massachusetts Licensed Pharmacist - Medication Refill Center

A company is looking for a Medication Refill Center Pharmacist to manage prescription refill requests, work directly with pharmacies, providers, and patients, and facilitate ambulatory engagement when necessary.Key Responsibilities:Triage and process approvals for refill renewal requests using a specified refill protocolDirect interaction with pharmacies, providers, and patients to lead refill renewals within scope and protocolTriage needs for additional information to process requests and facilitate ambulatory engagement for patients as neededRequired Qualifications and Education:Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college; advanced degree (PharmD, M.S., or MBA) preferredLicensure to practice pharmacy in the state of Massachusetts by the hire dateAt least two to three years of related experienceQS1 experience preferredProficiency with standard software used in a healthcare office setting (i.e., MS Word, Excel, web browser)
