A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to be responsible for various pharmacy-related health plan activities aimed at modifying prescription utilization and optimizing therapeutic outcomes across all lines of business, with the position being remote-first and open to applicants across the U.S., excluding certain states.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and maintenance of formularies, clinical criteria, and drug management processesServe as a clinical resource and drug information specialist to medical, pharmacy, & nursing staff as well as to allied healthcare providersParticipate in ongoing maintenance, record keeping, and oversight to support quality and audit readiness for NCQA, URAC, and CMSRequired Qualifications and EducationDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree required5 years of clinical experience or completion of a 1-year residency and/or Board of Pharmacy Specialties certificationMust be licensed in Tennessee to practice Pharmacy, or eligible for licensure in TennesseeCompetency in compendia navigation and researchProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
