Job Brief We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for both ARC Risk and Compliance and AML-ology. This remote role requires a hands-on approach coupled with the ability to effectively delegate tasks to direct and indirect team members. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and monitor innovative marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives. Reporting directly to the COO, the Marketing Manager will oversee internal marketing teams and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction. This role demands professionalism, creativity, and a proactive approach to driving long-term success. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth. Establish short-term and long-term objectives for internal teams, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Manage the marketing department budget and optimize resource allocation. Cultivate relationships with media outlets and stakeholders through strategic PR initiatives. Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and refine strategies as needed. Prioritize marketing initiatives and allocate resources accordingly. Present regular reports and insights on marketing metrics to senior management. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for business expansion. Provide guidance and support for organizing impactful marketing events and engagements. Forecast staffing requirements for the marketing department. Contribute to quarterly and annual planning activities to achieve company objectives. Conduct competitive landscape analysis. Execute B2B marketing strategies for consulting services and B2C marketing for membership-based sales. Requirements and Skills Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a track record of successful campaign design and implementation. Proficiency in social media marketing, SEO, web analytics, and Google AdWords. Strong understanding of brand marketing, product management, and customer engagement. Familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and project management platforms. Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to make informed decisions. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience in the anti-money laundering, banking, or financial services sector is advantageous. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM and campaign tools such as Zoho is a plus.
