Job Summary
1) Manage key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits by ensuring the effective call program is maintained on all assigned and prospect customers. 2) Maintain high professional standards and strive to provide quality services and competitive pricing to clients. 3) Cultivate good rapport with corporate clients and ensure, the Indira becomes the choice for their all kind of Investment. 4) Continuously identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed Indira and its products with customer needs. 5) Establish quality profit earning customer relationship within the target market. 6) Ensure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers. 7) Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships in all segments. 8) Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients. 9) Researching the latest products and regulations. 10) Looking for new sales opportunities plenty of drive, initiative, and motivation
Responsibilities and Duties
-Responsible for Sales of financial services to Corporate Clients. -Generate leads apart from the available database. -Follow up and close the deal. -Handle client's queries and solve them. -Achieve Sales target. -Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale. -Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails. -Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets. -Understanding clients need & providing best services. -Acquisition & retention of clients.
