Job Description :
Lead daily operations of company related to Accounts,Store, HR, Logistics, General administration and Facility Management. Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures. Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
Responsibilities and Duties
Maintain KRA of each department
Plan daily tasks and take up on priority
Ensure execution of each tasks
Monitor performance of departments and remake strategy for improvement
Good Communication Skill, HR Knowledge
Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 3-4 Year of Experience in HR & Administration.
Masters in Concern Area.
